Helping Brits overcome the oddments of Oz!
I have started this blog for three main reasons…
Firstly because I love living in Australia, I want to help others who make that brave move from the UK have a slightly less bumpy ride on their adventure - so my blog is crammed with information about the weird and wonderful ways of Australia and how to overcome the oddments of Oz.
Secondly, since moving here in 2006 – I have felt so passionate about the finding ways to make the relocation process as smooth as possible, I started writing on an expat website - answering peoples questions about life in Oz…. I soon realised that the information I was giving wasn’t available in any books…
So thirdly, as I had deciding to write a book about all the numerous daily challenges that so many Brits encounter during their first year, I took the book to a publisher…
And that book is now available! It will help you on your big adventure, ensuring your journey is filled with humour, handy hints and hot tips!
